| Description | The Board of Directors of Ntegrator International Ltd (Ntegrator or the Company) announces the following changes to the Board and the Nominating Committee (NC) of the Company with effect from 21 September 2007:a. the resignation of Mr Tay Choon Chong as a Non-Executive Director and a member of the NC; andb. the appointment of Mr Tay Koon Chuan as a Non-Executive Director and a member of the NC.The particulars of Mr Tay Koon Chuan as required under Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual, are set out in a separate announcement.
